Agreement on General Terms and Conditions of Business
This agreement entered into between the NIKE CO., INC., New York, U.S.A.(hereinafter called the buyer), and the DAEHAN CO., LTD., Seoul, Korea(hereinafter called to as the seller) witness as follows;
(1) BUSINESS : Both sellers and buyer act as principals and not as agents.
(2) SAMPLES : In case shipment samples be required, the seller shall forward them to the buyer prior to shipment. The seller is to supply the buyer with the sample free of charge.
(3) QUALITY : The quality of the goods to be shipped should be about equal to the sample on which an order is given.
(4) QUANTITY : Weight and quantity determined by the seller, as set forth in shipping documents, shall be final.
(5) PRICES : Unless otherwise specified, prices are to be quoted in U.S. Dollars on C.I.F. New York, U.S.A. basis.
(6) FIRM OFFERS : All firm offers are to remain effective for three days including the day cabled. Sundays and national holiday…(skip)
